peeled, sliced on a diagonal into ½slices

olive oil

za’atar

goat cheese
crumbled

green olives
chopped

tablespoons
parsley
chopped

slices
bread

tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss carrots with olive oil and za’atar. Roast for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
Combine goat cheese, green olives, green olives, and parsley. Toast bread.
Spread goat cheese mixture on two slices of bread.
Top with roasted carrots and a drizzle of honey.
Top with additional slice of bread.
