  1. Add green onions, onions, sesame seeds, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and a squeeze or two of Sriracha into a medium-size bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Add salmon to bowl and stir to coat salmon with sauce. Refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Serve ginger salmon with a scoop of white rice and some cucumber or seaweed salad.
