Ingredients

raw salmon
cut in 3/4 inch cubes

green onions
white and light green part finely chopped

Sesame Seeds

peeled and finely grated

sesame oil

soy sauce

Sriracha

peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

cut into 1-inch cubes
Instructions
Add green onions, onions, sesame seeds, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and a squeeze or two of Sriracha into a medium-size bowl. Stir to combine.
Add salmon to bowl and stir to coat salmon with sauce. Refrigerate for an hour.
Serve ginger salmon with a scoop of white rice and some cucumber or seaweed salad.
