Ingredients

cream cheese
softened to room temperature

mango
peeled and diced
1/4
cup
red onion
finely chopped

pound
jalapeno peppers
sliced in half lengthwise, seeds removed
1/2

bacon
cut bacon vertically
Instructions
Soak maple wood chips in water for 20 minutes.
In a medium-sized bowl combine cream cheese, diced mango, and red onion.
Fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese mixture. Wrap bacon around cheese-filled jalapeno and secure with a toothpick.
Place jalapenos directly on rack in smoker and smoke at 250 for one hour.
