For Spicy Cilantro Sauce: Place mayo, lime juice, salt, pepper, and Sriracha in a small bowl and stir until combined. Set aside.
Season salmon filets with chili powder, salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear salmon until cooked just through. Remove from heat and allow to cool until easily handled.
Once cooled, break salmon filet into bite-sized pieces.
To assemble tacos, place a warmed corn tortilla on a plate. Add shredded cabbage and a few pieces of cooked salmon. Top with avocado, tomatoes, and jalapeno slices.
Drizzle with Spicy Cilantro Sauce and top with cilantro leaves.
