Instructions
  1. Cut root and stem ends of Chioggia beet. Peel beet. Using a mandoline, slice beet very thin.
  2. Spread a little whipped cream cheese on each beat slice.
  3. Flake off a pinch of smoked salmon and place on top of cream cheese.
  4. Top with a small piece of fresh dill.
