Smoked Mozzarella Lemon Pizza
thinly sliced and pits removed

Crushed red pepper
If using a pizza stone, place stone in oven and preheat oven to 500 degrees for 15 minutes.
On a parchment paper lined pan or pizza peel, roll pizza dough into a thin square or circle.
Drizzle olive oil over crust. Sprinkle crust with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
Place sliced of smoked mozzarella evenly over crust.
Distribute lemon slices around pizza.
Layer spinach over cheese and lemon.
Sprinkle pistachios, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and Parmesan over pizza.
Slide pizza onto pizza stone.
Cook for seven minutes and then rotate pizza 180 degrees.
Cook for five more minutes until crust is crispy and golden brown.
