Burrata Caprese Salad

or fresh mozzarella
rolled up and sliced into thin ribbons
Cut large tomatoes into slices, medium tomatoes into wedges, and halve cherry tomatoes. On a large platter, arrange tomatoes on the platter.
Put pieces of burrata from the ball and place on the tomatoes. Scatter basil ribbons over tomatoes and cheese.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic over salad and season with salt and pepper.
